Every body has a story written in its biology — and sometimes, the missing piece is understanding what your body actually needs. 🧬✨
At Integrated Sensory, our Functional Genomic Wellness Program helps uncover how your unique genetics influence nutrient needs, metabolism, and overall wellness.
From there, we identify potential deficiencies and imbalances 🧪, then build a targeted supplement and nutrition strategy designed to help close the gap — not guess at it.
This is not one-size-fits-all wellness. This is precision-based support for how your body is built to function. 💡
Because when you understand your genetics, you can support your health with intention. 🌿

Feeling run down all the time isn’t something you should have to “just live with.” 💛

When the body is constantly fighting stress, illness, poor recovery, or nervous system overload, it burns through nutrients faster than many people realize.

That’s where micronutrient support matters.

Our new Drucker Labs IntraMIN liquid vitamin is designed to help support the body with highly absorbable nutrients that the body can actually use efficiently.

Why liquid minerals and vitamins?
✨ Easier absorption and utilization
✨ Supports energy production at the cellular level
✨ Helps replenish nutrients depleted by stress and illness
✨ Supports immune function and nervous system health
✨ Helps the body regulate and recover more effectively

For people dealing with chronic stress, recurring illness, fatigue, or overall depletion, foundational support can make a huge difference.

Because when the body has the nutrients it needs, it has a better chance to:
🌿 Recover
🌿 Regulate
🌿 Function more efficiently
🌿 Build resilience over time

Sometimes wellness starts with giving the body the basic support it’s been missing. 💛

Every Friday we take 60 seconds to spotlight what matters most — progress. ✨
📍 Milestone Minute Friday is where we pause to recognize client wins, celebrate real-life growth, and share the moments that show progress isn’t always loud… but it is powerful.
From emotional regulation breakthroughs 🧠, to improved coordination 🤸, stronger social engagement 🤝, new confidence in daily routines 🏡, and everything in between — this is where it all adds up.
At Integrated Sensory, we don’t just track milestones… we celebrate them. 🎉
Tune in every Friday for a quick look at the meaningful progress happening inside our space (and beyond). 💙

Proprioception is the body’s internal awareness system — helping us understand where our body is in space without needing to constantly look. 💛

When this system needs more support, some children (and adults) may crash into things, use too much force, seem clumsy, or constantly seek pressure and movement. The body is often searching for more feedback to feel organized and grounded.

This is also why some people feel uncomfortable closing their eyes in dark places. Without visual input, the body has to rely even more on proprioception and vestibular awareness to understand position, movement, and balance.

If those systems aren’t giving clear enough information, the body can feel unsure, unstable, or even anxious.

What can look like “carelessness” or fear is often the nervous system trying to better understand where the body is and how to move safely through the world. 🌿

The body is always communicating — sometimes through movement. 💛

Ever notice yourself — or your child — touching the wall while walking down a hallway? 💛

Sometimes this is the body’s way of seeking extra input from the proprioceptive system — the system responsible for body awareness and understanding where we are in space.

Touching walls, furniture, or other surfaces can give the brain additional feedback and help the body feel more grounded, organized, and secure while moving.

For some children (and adults), this extra input helps compensate for a proprioceptive system that may need more support.

What can look like a “random habit” is often the nervous system doing its best to regulate and orient the body. 🌿

The body is always communicating — we just have to learn how to listen. 💛

Simple play can be powerful for the nervous system. 💛

Using clothespins to pick up cotton balls, cards, or small toys is a fun way to support fine motor development while also giving important input to the hands and fingers.

Activities like this can help strengthen hand muscles, improve coordination, support grasp patterns, and encourage integration of the palmar reflex — all skills connected to writing, feeding, dressing, and everyday tasks.

And the best part? Kids just think they’re playing. 🌿

Sometimes the most effective sensory activities are also the simplest.

Save this activity to try at home! 💛

Mental health isn’t just about doing more —
sometimes it’s about taking input away. 💛

As adults, we’re constantly processing:
notifications, noise, conversations, responsibilities, decisions.

Over time, that sensory load builds.

Reducing input can help:
✨ Calm the nervous system
✨ Improve focus and clarity
✨ Support emotional regulation
✨ Promote better sleep

You don’t need a full reset.
You need small, intentional pauses.

Because a regulated parent creates a regulated environment.

Give your system space to breathe — even for a few minutes. 🌿

Please help me create a caption for a reel that describes what our reflex and performance coaching program is and describes addressing primitive reflexes and sensory diets

Our Reflex & Performance Coaching program is about more than exercises…
it’s about helping the brain and body work together more efficiently. 💛

We look at the foundational systems that impact how a person moves, learns, regulates, and functions every day.

That includes:
✨ Primitive reflex integration
✨ Sensory system support
✨ Movement foundations
✨ Nervous system regulation
✨ Personalized sensory diets and activities

When primitive reflexes remain active longer than they should, the body may stay stuck in compensation patterns — affecting focus, coordination, emotional regulation, posture, and daily function.

That’s where intentional support matters.

Our coaches work to identify what the nervous system may be missing and create individualized plans that help the body:
🌿 Feel more organized
🌿 Move more efficiently
🌿 Improve regulation and body awareness
🌿 Build stronger functional foundations

We also use sensory diets — personalized sensory activities designed to give the nervous system the specific input it needs throughout the day.

Because when the body gets the right input, behavior, focus, and function often improve naturally.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
It’s individualized support for how the body was designed to function. 💛
