Are you the kind of person who loves staying busy, keeping things organized, and making people feel genuinely cared for?

AVIVA Functional Medicine & Aesthetics is looking for an energetic, compassionate, detail-oriented team member to become the friendly face of our practice.
Reason for opening- It is with an extremely heavy heart that we say Kiki’s beautiful 1 year old grand baby has brain cancer and she needs to be available to help her daughter. We are absolutely heartbroken for her and Ralphie and her family. But we can’t leave Amanda to do all of the work by herself for much longer.

So we need someone to help.
Every day is different, and that’s exactly how we like it!

What you’ll do:

* Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
* Answer phones and respond to patient questions
* Schedule appointments efficiently
* Educate prospective patients on the basics of our services and help them determine which consultation is right for them
* Keep providers on schedule and the day running smoothly
* Assist with social media by taking before-and-after photos and videos
* Help keep the office organized and looking its best
* Pitch in wherever needed—because no two days are ever the same!

We’re looking for someone who:

* Loves helping people
* Has an upbeat, positive personality
* Is highly organized and can juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed
* Is comfortable learning about aesthetics, wellness, and functional medicine
* Has excellent communication skills
* Is dependable, self-motivated, and takes initiative
* Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
* Is comfortable with technology and learning new software

Medical office experience is helpful, but the right personality, attitude, and willingness to learn are even more important.

Our hours are 830-4p Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays. Mondays 830-6p. Off Thursdays. We are flexible and looking for 3-4 days. Mondays and Fridays are a must.

We are all sneaking away for a little reset. 💨☀️

Our team is taking some much-needed time to rest, recharge, laugh a little too much, and come back ready to take amazing care of you.

We’ll be off the grid until Monday, July 27, and will return all calls, texts, emails, and messages as soon as we’re back.

In the meantime, you can stalk our socials but we won’t be returning any messages.

Thank you for giving us the chance to regroup so we can come back refreshed and ready to be the best version of ourselves—for you.
