NWTC is seeking a Surgical Technology Instructor – Clinical Coordinator to help prepare future surgical technologists with the hands on skills, professional knowledge, and clinical readiness needed for success in the operating room.
This role blends instructional excellence, curriculum development, clinical coordination, and student mentorship—ideal for someone passionate about both teaching and industry collaboration.
What you’ll do:
Create, implement, and supervise clinical rotations, building and maintaining strong relationships with clinical supervisors and managers
Oversee and maintain student surgical case logs to ensure compliance with clinical requirements
Complete and maintain clinical affiliation forms and associated site documentation
Collaborate with the Surgical Technology team and part time faculty to assign students to clinical placements
