it’s a battle older than we are 🍄🐌🐚 snails eat defenseless mushrooms, using their radula (like a tongue with teeth) to consume. mushrooms drop spores and the snails move them across the forest floor, allowing the mycelium to spread and mushrooms to continue to grow.
