Celebrating Project SEARCH Class of 2026!

We are proud to recognize the incredible accomplishments of our Project SEARCH student interns who graduated this year! Through a strong partnership between Kindred Hospital North Florida, Clay County District Schools, and Challenge Enterprises Bridge to Employment, these interns spent the past school year gaining hands-on experience working in a hospital setting.

Each student was presented with a certificate of completion, marking a significant milestone in their journey toward independence and employment.

We were honored to hear from guest speakers representing the interns’ natural supports within the hospital, including leaders from Food Services, Housekeeping, and Facilities, along with a special message from the CEO of Kindred Hospital North Florida.

Challenge Enterprises COO Greg Voss shared an inspiring message about perseverance and the importance of hard work, while Home & Community Services Manager Jessica Tucker provided valuable insight into the next steps and opportunities available for continued career growth with support.
