The countdown is on for the 2026 SourceAmerica Grassroots Advocacy Conference!

We're proud to announce that Devron will serve as a self-advocate, sharing his story on .

For 19 years, Devron faithfully served as a Night Stocker at the NAS Jacksonville Commissary through Challenge Enterprises, helping ensure that military families, veterans, and retirees had access to the products they needed. Today, he has continued his successful employment journey in the IRS mailroom at the Bennett Building in downtown Jacksonville.

Devron's story is one of perseverance, growth, and impact. His success demonstrates that when individuals with disabilities are given opportunities to thrive, they become valued employees, trusted teammates, and role models within their communities. His voice will help advocate for the importance of inclusive employment and the life-changing opportunities it creates.

At Challenge Enterprises, we’re dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities through meaningful work and personalized services. In partnership with the Florida Department of Education, Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), and the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), we offer a wide range of supports under the Medicaid Waiver Services Agreement. We are an approved vendor with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) and may provide services to Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) participants.

Through these partnerships and services, we help individuals develop skills, achieve greater independence, pursue employment opportunities, and reach their personal goals. Services include:

✅ ResHab Standard
✅ Supported Living Coaching
✅ Personal Supports
✅ Transportation
