✨ Meet Nancy Johnson ✨
We are so excited to welcome Nancy to the Beauty & Bliss team this summer! 💛
Many of you may already know Nancy from around the studio. She has been part of our community for quite some time, and we’re thrilled to have her step into this new role.
With more than 25 years on her own fitness journey and over 10 years teaching step, stability ball, cardio, and weight training classes, Nancy brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and encouragement to every class she leads.
What we love most is Nancy’s belief that movement should support both physical and mental well-being. Whether she’s walking, hiking, practicing yoga, or leading a class, her goal is simple: to help others build strength, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement.
She believes fitness should be enjoyable, sustainable, and accessible, helping people discover healthy habits that truly fit their lives.

Nancy will be bringing Step Class to our summer schedule!
Her classes combine upbeat music, energizing cardio, and easy-to-follow choreography in a fun, supportive environment where everyone can move at their own pace. Whether you’re brand new to step or excited to revisit an old favorite, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
