If you’re a woman over 40 and/or on a GLP-1, resistance training is no longer optional.
As we move through midlife or navigate muscle loss from being on a GLP-1 maintaining the muscle you have becomes increasingly important!
Strength, bone health, metabolism, balance, gives us the ability to stay independent as we age.
The good news? You don’t need a gym full of equipment.
This is one of my private clients practicing a resistance-band tricep extension. She asked me to create a workout she could take with her while traveling. A band fits in a suitcase, a work bag, or even your desk drawer, making it one of the easiest ways to sneak strength training into real life.
But owning a resistance band and knowing how to use one effectively are two very different things.
Form matters. Where you anchor the band, the position of your elbows, your posture, and the resistance you choose can completely change the exercise.
That’s exactly what we work on in private training.
Want your own simple set of exercises you can confidently do at home, at your desk, or while traveling?
📩 Schedule a private session with me and I’ll help you build a routine designed for your body, your goals, and your life.
Because getting older is inevitable. Getting weaker doesn’t have to be.
