Bring on 2026... the vibes are beautiful!
My soul has been asking me to set down what no longer belongs to who I’m becoming.
This year hasn’t been about pushing forward—it’s been about peeling back the layers I didn’t even realize I was still carrying.
Old identities.
Old protection patterns.
Old stories about worth, safety, and what I’m “allowed” to receive.
Horses have been my greatest mirrors in this.
They don’t cling to what’s outlived its purpose.
A mustang doesn’t hold onto her winter coat out of attachment… she sheds because her body knows she’s entering a new season.
She trusts the rhythm.
I’ve been learning to trust mine.
There’s a point in every woman’s journey where the soul says,
“Enough. You cannot bring this into the next chapter.”
And that moment feels raw, disorienting, and strangely sacred.
It isn’t collapse.
It’s recalibration.
It’s the nervous system letting go of patterns that once kept us safe.
It’s the heart preparing for new possibilities before the mind catches up.
It’s the quiet sense that something is rearranging beneath the surface… even if nothing looks different yet.
I don’t know about you, but I feel something powerful gathering.
A momentum.
A clarity.
A new chapter asking for space.
Not perfection.
Not readiness.
Just space.
