World Mental Health Day 💜

Sometimes you need somewhere you don’t have to hold it all together. Somewhere you can take a deep breath, let your shoulders drop, and just be.

At After Glow Aesthetics, I want you to know you have that space.

You don’t have to walk through our door smiling or pretend you’re having a good day. Come as you are… tired, overwhelmed, excited, quiet, or somewhere in between.

If you need to talk, we’ll listen. If you need a little laughter, we’ve got plenty. And if you need to enjoy your appointment in silence because you’ve given everyone else every ounce of yourself, that’s okay too. You never have to apologize for being quiet or emotional here.

Some of you sit in our chairs and share things you’ve been carrying for a long time. That trust means so much to me. You are a person with a whole life happening outside these walls, and you deserve kindness while you’re here.

After Glow is a safe space for you to come and just be. No pressure to explain yourself. No expectation to have it all figured out.

You matter on the hard days, too. And you’re always welcome here. 💜

THANK YOU to everyone who came out for our Boo-tox & Beauty event! Whether you shopped, grabbed a treat, brought a friend, or stopped by to say hello, we were so happy to see you!

To our guests and clients who chose to spend their hard-earned money with us… please know how much that means. We know you have choices, and we don’t take it for granted that you choose After Glow. Your support helps keep this small business dream going, and we are so grateful. 💜 We sold out of our boo-tox buckets!

A huge thank you to our vendors… Distinguished Wien, Indy B**r Taps, Western Lux, Self-Care Micro Bakery, and Lux Paw! Thank you for spending your Saturday with us and helping make this event so much fun! And to the local businesses who donated to our grand prize and Dolls Disposal for coming through at the last minute… we appreciate you!

Apparently, I thought of everything except where everyone’s trash was going to go… 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 I completely spaced getting a trash toter until the VERY last minute, and Brittni had Marcus drop one off this morning! Talk about saving the day!

As a small business owner, these things mean more than people realize. When you’re juggling a million details, having another local business step in and say “we’ve got you” takes such a weight off your shoulders. 🫶🏼
