❗️Vigor Medical – Important Policy Update❗️

To help protect your privacy and ensure your care is handled safely and efficiently, we’ve implemented a new policy.
We will in no longer communicate medical matters via Facebook Messenger. Therefore, please do not message our providers or staff through Facebook Messenger.
Facebook Messenger is not the best place for clinical communication, and messages there are not secure or routed through our medical documentation/triage process.
This includes (but is not limited to) symptoms, diagnoses, test results, medications, photos, or requests for medical advice.
This policy also helps us respect everyone’s time by keeping medical messages in one place so they can be reviewed, tracked, and answered as promptly as possible.
For medical questions or refill requests, please use one of the following:
-Call our office 423-922-9224
-Patient Portal (AthenaOne app): Medical questions and refill requests can be sent through the portal.A setup link from our office is required—please call us and we’ll help you get connected.
If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

Together, we achieved something remarkable, raising over $5,000 to provide support. We’ll also be serving hot dogs beginning at 11:00 am, and all proceeds from those sales will go toward supporting a valued member of our Vigor Medical family.

Stop by to browse for treasures, enjoy a delicious lunch, and help us make a difference for one of our own. We are grateful for the support of our wonderful community and look forward to seeing you there!
