Next Saturday, September 5th, join us for a half-day retreat unlike anything else in Milwaukee. Miko Flores, a Filipino-American shaman and former Army medic visiting from Hawai'i, guides you through an ancient sequence of clearing, grounding, and invoking, rooted in Filipino and Southeast Asian shamanic tradition. No experience needed.

The day closes with a restorative sound bath by Adagio.
