We're happy to see that each week more enhancements are done in our studio. This antique gold crown molding took 2 days to paint and another day to put up. We had enough damask wallpaper from our Victorian house to do an accent wall in the hallway. I'm very grateful to my client AL who happens to be a skilled carpenter who installed the crown molding. He also gifted us the huge Chinese vase at the top of the stairs.

🌈 This Sunday we're celebrating Pride the way we know best, through healing, sound, and community.

Join us June 28th at the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center for Sounds of Pride: Pride Soundbath, Healing Ourselves and Our Community, an immersive group sound bath performed by Adagio Sound Healing, opened with a breathwork meditation by the incredible Jen Murray of High Vibe Healing Collective.

This is a welcoming, affirming space for everyone. No registration required, just show up, bring your mat or blanket and let the healing begin. 🙏🏽

A suggested donation of $20 is appreciated with all proceeds benefiting the LGBT Center's maintenance fund.

The studio is gradually taking shape with more and more enhancements every week. We just had the SmartTint© Film installed today. This will ensure privacy and adds a professional finish to the massage treatment suite. The windows become transparent at the flip of a switch.

Our June lineup is a beautiful mix of the intimate and the special. community sound baths at beloved locations, an exciting outdoor full moon yoga and sound bath experience, and a truly one-of-a-kind Father's Day event to honor the special men in our lives. This month we're heading to Tosa PT & Wellness and Angel Light Center for the Healing Arts for intimate community sound baths, and MKE Yoga Social is joining us at the studio for our a Full Moon Yoga & Sound Bath taken outdoors and into the garden!
