May wasn't exactly the month I expected. 😅

After my accident, my sleep was off, my routines were all over the place, and for a while it felt like I was spending more time at appointments than anywhere else.

But one thing this month reminded me of is that sometimes the basics really are the magic.

✨ Regular meals
✨ Getting outside
✨ Moving your body
✨ Supporting your nervous system
