I married the love of my life this weekend. 🤍

For years I've told women — you can't heal in a crowded life. You have to make room for what matters and let go of what doesn't. This weekend, I got to live that out fully.

No noise. No rushing. Just the people I love most, and the person I get to keep choosing every day.

Thank you to everyone who has walked alongside me — as clients, as friends, as this community. It meant more than you know to feel so much love in one place.

This is one of the truths at the heart of my book — and it's one that tends to stop people in their tracks.

We've been taught to chase the external result: the goal, the achievement, the transformation. But so many people are running that race on a foundation that hasn't been cleaned out.

She said what she said.

I wrote this book because I kept watching women work hard, stay committed, do everything "right" — and still feel stuck. Not because they were lazy. Not because they didn't want it badly enough.

Because their lives were too crowded to heal.

Too much noise. Too many responsibilities that stopped belonging to them a long time ago. Too many things taking up space that were blocking everything they were meant to become.
