We must find the time to stop and thank the people who are making a difference in our lives - John F. Kennedy

When it comes to achieving your active lifestyle goals, like getting better at a certain sport or increasing the number of miles you can run, knowing how to set your goals can go a long way in making them a reality.

Research shows that writing down your goals is one of the best ways to ensure that it'll actually get done. The best way to do this is to specify what you're going to do, how long you'll do it, where you'll be running or performing the activity, and when.

However, if an injury or pain is stopping you from being active at all, contact our office to find out how we can help you.
