Cone Health Mobile Health Program

The Cone Health Mobile Health team is truly committed to meeting people where they are. Some weeks, our dedicated team serves seven days a week, including three or four events on a single Saturday!

This past Sunday, we had the pleasure of serving Temple Memorial Baptist Church in High Point. Members of the congregation toured the mobile unit and learned more about the services we provide throughout the community.

We are grateful for every opportunity to expand access to care and connect with the communities we serve!

Join us for "Nourish the Neighborhood"! Free bags of goodies while supplies last. This event is designed to support vulnerable neighbors, including seniors, families with children, individuals experiencing housing or food insecurity, and anyone who needs a little extra help this season. ❤️
