Elderberry has been known for it's medicinal qualities for centuries. Elderberry syrup has been recognized to boost your immune system and breaks up mucus congestion from colds and flu. Elderberries are rich in vitamin A and C which, is necessary to help the body maintain a healthy state. Rich in bioflavonoids, it helps boost the bodies immune system by increasing antioxidant levels. A daily dose can assist you in the prevention of both acute and chronic disease. After sharing my syrup with others and having repeat request for more, I decided to create this page to share with others. For use as a preventative: Children 1 year and older take 1 teaspoon daily. I have had quite an eventful morning. It started off with a baby possum in the middle of the road. It looked like it didnt have its eyes open yet. I have a lot going on in my personal life and this felt overwhelming, but could not leave it so, in tears I called a couple of places and then remembered that I have a friend who has a huge 💜 for animals and is actually caring for other baby opsums and she could take this one 😢 😁

Then after dropping this little one off I was on my way home on a country road and came across an accident scene. There were three state troopers and a tow truck and when I was going through I saw the car that ran off the road into the woods and hit a tree and then I saw a van and behind the van was a stretcher with a body bag 😭 This is the first time I have come across something like this. But my heart just goes out to the family 😭
