In light of tomorrow's Lunar Eclipse in Pisces, Stella and Maeve—the Tiny Tarot Advisors of Wylde Womyn Studios—decided to dive into some shadow work around what to release with this upcoming eclipse. What are we holding onto that is holding us back?
Shadow work isn't always easy, but it is necessary for growth and for meeting the outcast parts of ourselves. It’s best done in the heat of the moment when you are faced with parts of yourself you’d rather not look at—and you choose to look anyway.
Once your shadow is identified and named, the choice is yours:
Repeat the pattern, or
Choose differently and break the loop.
Awareness is key; you cannot address what you remain unaware of. Looking inward can feel uncomfortable, but working through it snatches your power back, makes you stronger, and neutralizes your triggers. That is emotional maturity, and emotional maturity is where peace takes root.
Stella and Maeve pulled a card from the "Meet Your Shadow" deck to work with today. It hit home immediately regarding a hypocritical side of myself, giving me the clarity needed to course-correct and improve my relationships. These cards are left open to your own interpretation and are intended to get you thinking about some of the things you may never question. Your Beliefs? Your masks? Where you short change yourself or others. Where you can work on yourself to become the best human you can be?
