A few things I’m finding kinda chic these days. 💛

Slowing down. Taking the long exhale. Resting before exhaustion. Allowing ourselves to receive.

Maybe rest doesn’t have to be something we get to once everything else is done.

Maybe it gets to be part of how we live.

What would you add to the list?

The first reel brought a lot of laughs, and many of you asked if I could play 6 instruments…

Apparently, one of my feet wasn’t doing enough. 🤣

This round was a bit of a struggle, but I think I got it!

So… does this count? Can I play 6? 🎶

We met in one of my classes when she was looking for ways to slow down and return to rest.

She joined a retreat I co-led last year, and since then she’s helped me learn more about myself and step more fully into the work I’m doing to support our community.

Meet Chris Burdette 💛

I’m forever grateful that I said yes to her guidance as a marketing coach (she’s a genius, let me tell you). Her insight has helped me grow in ways I never imagined.

Even more meaningful, she’s become one of my closest friends.

Thank you for believing in me, cheering me on, and being by my side, friend.
