Today, our BAYADA Skilled Nursing and Habilitation teams from Greensboro and Winston-Salem joined forces to proudly sponsor and volunteer at the 2026 Greater Winston-Salem Buddy Walk, benefiting the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Winston-Salem! We loved coming together as one BAYADA team for such a wonderful cause! 💙💛

Rain or shine, BAYADA still shows up! ☔️ Despite the rain, we had an incredible day celebrating inclusion, spreading awareness, and supporting the amazing individuals and families in our community. ☀️ We are so grateful for the opportunity to give back and support an organization that makes such a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with Down syndrome.

Glendon loves to play sports. When his teacher invited him to take part in the 31st annual Washington Center Challenge Day, our Greenville, South Carolina team was fully behind him. They arranged and covered his transportation so he could get there safely.

His clinical manager, Kelsi, and his nurse, April, came along to share the day with him. Glendon had a great time playing soccer, football, bocce ball, golf, basketball, and bowling. His favorite was football, especially getting to go underneath the parachute.

For Glendon, the day was about being part of the fun like everyone else. Days like this remind us how much it means to be there for the moments that matter most to our clients. We’re so glad his care team could help make it happen. ❤️

The Thomas Edison State University Impact Awards recently honored Mark and Ann Baiada for their leadership in addressing the nursing shortage and expanding access to healthcare education and economic opportunity. The annual event raises funds for scholarships, student success, and workforce development initiatives that make a meaningful difference for students and communities.

This commitment is reflected in BAYADA Education's partnership with the university through their Scholars Track program, which helps open doors for people pursuing careers in nursing.

Congratulations, Mark and Ann! 👏 We are so proud of the work you continue to do to support nurses and strengthen the future of care.

Behind every pink outfit was a story. Our clinicians, office staff, and the clients we care for came together for Pink Out Day to stand with those affected by breast cancer. Across our offices, survivors shared their journeys. Others spoke about the people they carry with them.

Thank you to our Women in Limitless Leadership Employee Resource Council for organizing and creating a space where everyone can show up for one another. 💗

Last week, over 800 home care leaders gathered in Orlando for the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA) National Home Care Conference. 50+ presenters, 20+ sessions, and countless conversations about where this industry is headed.

Matt Kroll, Practice President, moderated a fireside chat on what's working and what's next in home care, covering everything from private pay to partnerships to policy.

And Rhonda Wilson, a Home Health Aide from our Shelby, NC team, was named a Caregiver of the Year finalist! That puts her among the best in the industry, which honestly just confirms what we already knew about her heart for this work. She didn't win, but she'll always be a winner to us. ❤️

Rain didn't stop our team from showing up to support the Alzheimer's Association New Jersey Chapter at the Walk to End Alzheimer's, Cooper River. Led by Tom Cassidy, several members of our BAYADA community came together to walk alongside families, caregivers, and loved ones impacted by Alzheimer's. As presenting sponsor this year, BAYADA is proud to stand behind this cause both on Walk day and every day in the homes we serve.

Valerie Clack, BCBA, LBA, an Oglala Sioux Tribe member with nearly 20 years in behavior analysis, represented our BAYADA Behavioral Health Hawaii team as a panelist at this year's Hawai'i Association for Behavior Analysis (HABA) conference.

Valerie joined fellow Indigenous practitioners, Kānaka ʻŌiwi, and Filipina, to explore what culturally grounded, community-centered behavior analysis can look like when it's rooted in honor, reciprocity, and relationship.

At BAYADA, we're proud to support professionals like Valerie who bring their full selves, culture, lived experience, and expertise, into the work. Thank you Valerie and the panel for advancing a more inclusive future for our field. ❤️

Today was a great day for serving and feeding the NICU families at Brenner Children’s Hospital! ❤️

Our BAYADA team was grateful for the opportunity to host a Chat & Snack with the Family Support Network of NC, an organization that provides connection, resources, and emotional support to families of children with complex medical needs. These gatherings also give families the opportunity to connect with others and learn more about the support available to them.

We’re so thankful for opportunities like this to support the families in our community! 🙌

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Big Win for Home Care in North Carolina! 🚨

Last week, the NC state legislature invested significantly in home and community-based services, including personal care services and the Innovations Waiver totaling approximately $92M in additional funding!

✅These investments will help more North Carolinians access the support they need to remain safe, independent, and cared for at home.

💟This is also an important step toward valuing the in-home caregivers who make this care possible each and every day. These caregivers do deeply personal, essential work that allows seniors, adults with disabilities, and medically vulnerable individuals to live with dignity in the place they know best: home. 🏡

✨This progress happened because advocates spoke up, shared their personal stories, built relationships with their legislators, and explained the real-life implications of what was at stake.

💜Thank you to North Carolina lawmakers for recognizing the value of home-based care, and thank you to every advocate who helped make this moment possible.
