This last week was a busy one full of work and fun! 🤩

Sometimes, we get wrapped up in the work part and let the rest of life slide by. And just when you don't even know you need it, you get a good reminder.

This right here was my reminder to slow down, and "let's go check and see if the tree is still growing out of the courthouse"! Great news, it was! 😊

Somedays are hard to not get swept up in life, overwhelmed and lose sight of your direction. The Community Healthcare Clinic of Decatur County will be hosting the next Mental Health Clinic on Monday, July 20th from 6-8pm.

Being able to celebrate America's 250th in the town, with the people that have played a part in shaping who I am and the life I lead was special for me. 🇺🇸

Happy 250th America 🇺🇸

As I reflect on today, being Independence Day, I can't help but reflect on how blessed I am in this thing called life.

I have the freedom to choose. I have a choice of where I want to live, who my friends are, my career choice, freedom of speech.... and so many more choices. I don't take this for granted.

I'll be around downtown today enjoying the festivities of Decatur County as we all celebrate BIG for the 250th, I hope to see you around too!

Stay safe and take a moment to enjoy your Freedom.
