As a mental health counselor I am always looking for way to grow to help my clients. That means I am on my own personal journey of creating a better version of myself by investing in my body, mind and spirit. Learning how to love yourself unconditionally was a concept I was introduced to during my counseling journey and I found myself guiding my clients down a path of self love and neglecting myself that path. Since finding my path I know my counseling has improved and has benefitted my clients and myself.
It's now time to take my counseling to the next level. Starting in January I will be recording a weekly podcast that explores the journey of self love by focusing on the body, mind and spirit. Once I figure out the marketing details I will notify everybody through this site and my website @ www.medleycounselingllc.com
Until then look forward to my daily posts on here as I discuss my journey on evolving Medley Counseling.

Things have been busy here at Medley Counseling. We are heading into fall weather and watching the change in the trees. Since I last posted about my insurance information I have picked up two new insurance providers. I now accept Tricare and UPMC.
