Meet another member of our leadership team...Lynn!

Lynn is our Employee Experience Manager and has been with Trilogy since September of 2025. Prior to this role, she worked as a Pricing and Sales Administrative Analyst at Toyota Material Handling. Lynn is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and has approximately one year remaining! She loves traveling to new places and visiting her classic favorites. She loves hanging out with her daughter--her little bestie! From amusement parks and concerts to trying new restaurants, they're always finding ways to have fun and really live life!

Lynn's best advice for someone going into healthcare is..."to be open to learning and never be afraid to ask questions. I’ve learned that it’s okay not to have all the answers right away. Be patient with yourself, lean on those around you, and remember that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference—for your residents and for you."

We're reintroducing another member of our Leadership Team!

Meet Hannah! Hannah has been with Trilogy for almost 14 years! She currently serves as our Social Services Director, but in years past has served as a Life Enrichment Director, CNA, QMA, Preceptor, and Legacy Neighborhood Director. A Trilogy growth and advancement story if we ever saw one! Outside of work, you can find Hannah spending time with her kids outside and going on kayaking, hiking, and camping adventures.

With so many years under her belt and wearing several different hats in long term healthcare, Hannah's words of wisdom are to "just go with the flow".
