I’m kicking off September with Day 1 of 30 and I want YOU to be part of it!
Whether you’ve been coming to Dance Fitness for months or you’ve never tried a class before — come dance with us! No experience needed, modifications are always welcome, and most importantly… HAVE FUN!

August Dance Fitness Recap!
This month was so special because I was able to celebrate with all you wonderful people! We had new and familiar faces at class, strutting our stuff and putting in the effort!
I loved getting to celebrate my birthday month with all my wonderful friends 💕
