Wellness doesn’t have to be big.

What’s one small habit that helps you feel grounded?

For me right now, it is filling up my 40 oz Stanley first thing in the morning and making sure at minimum I finish it before lunch, so I can refill again and drink more in the afternoon! I found it easier to stay hydrated with this huge cup so that I didn’t have to make several trips to refill, especially when I get busy or “in the zone.”
