✨ Allow Me to Reintroduce Myself… ✨

For those who are new here—and those who have been rocking with First Class from the beginning—Hi! I’m Ashanti Sullivan, MBA, MSN-Ed, AGPCNP, APRN, founder of First Class Health. 💕

For more than 20 years, nursing has allowed me to serve in many roles—from bedside nursing and leadership to hospice, nursing education, and community health. And now, I’m excited to step into my newest role as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. 🩺

What started with a passion for healthcare education, CPR training, and helping others feel prepared has continued to grow. The next chapter includes First Class Primary Care & Wellness, where I’ll bring that same commitment to education, prevention, and quality care into primary care for adolescents and adults.

My focus is simple: help people understand their health, prevent what we can, manage what we can’t, and make quality healthcare feel personal again.

And I’m not leaving education behind! Through First Class, we’ll continue providing CPR/AED training, healthcare education, community outreach, and professional development while expanding into primary care and wellness.

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes, and I can’t wait to share more as everything comes together over the next year.

🚨 Egg Recall Alert 🚨
The FDA has announced a recall of nearly 1.6 million dozen shell eggs from Midwest Poultry Services due to possible Salmonella Enteritidis contamination. No illnesses have been reported at this time. 🥚 🪺
U.S. Food and Drug Administration
🥚 Affected states:
Sold in stores: Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, and New Mexico.
Shipped to foodservice/retail: Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

If you've recently purchased eggs in any of these states, check your carton before eating them. If your eggs are part of the recall, do not eat them—return them to the store for a refund or discard them.
