It is the primary mission of Quadrangle Endoscopy Center (QEC) to provide high quality, cost-effective, timely ambulatory care in a manner consistent with the needs of the community we serve, without regard to race, color, sex, national origin or ability to pay. Patients will receive convenient, personalized, high quality care with respect for confidentiality and

dignity. We pride ourselves on superior patient satisfaction, cost-effective care, state-of-the-art technology and strong relationships with primary care physicians. Quadrangle Endoscopy Center (QEC) was Designed exclusively for outpatient endoscopy procedures, Quadrangle Endoscopy Center specializes in same-day procedures in an efficient and safe environment. Since 1994, we’ve provided our quality endoscopy care to patients across eastern North Carolina. All of our physicians are board certified in their specialties, and many have completed specialized fellowship training as well. Registered nurses and medical technicians are professionally trained in GI, pulmonary, and surgical endoscopy and recovery care, and all of our staff members are committed to providing you the quality care you deserve. As we transition to our new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, we want to sincerely thank our patients for their understanding and patience. Implementing a new system is an important step toward improving the quality, coordination, and efficiency of your care—but it also comes with a learning curve for our staff.

Our team is actively training and adjusting to new workflows so we can better serve you in the long run. During this period, you may notice slightly longer wait times or minor delays, and we truly appreciate your kindness and flexibility as we work through these changes.

We will be transitioning from our current patient portal (ezAccess) to a new patient portal on Tuesday June 23, 2026.

Our new portal will provide a secure and convenient way to manage your healthcare online. You will be able to:
⭐️View appointments.
⭐️Access test and visit results.
⭐️Request prescription refills.
⭐️Send secure messages to your healthcare team.
⭐️Update personal information.
⭐️Pay your bill on-line.

What You Need to Know:
Starting June 23rd, the ezAccess portal will be read only. You will not be able to send new messages or requests after June 22nd.
The new portal will be available starting June 23, 2026. At your office visit, you will receive an invitation to join the portal. If you would like to request an invite to the new portal prior to your appointment, you may call 252-413-6281 or visit our website at www.physicianseast.com, click on the current patient option then request a log in and complete the request form. We will process requests within two business days.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to improve your patient experience.
