These are the - Five Laws of the Structure of Existence Itself

1. You exist- not only in this body but eternally.. and there’s nothing you do to change that - form changes but existence does not.
2. Everything is here and now
3. The one is the all. The all is the one
4. What you put out is what you get back
5. Every single thing changes except the laws

Everything else is a combination in some way, shape or form of those five laws. Every experience you have is your way of interpreting, rearranging and experiencing those five facts.

Things like the speed of light or the laws of physics etc .. those are laws in this dimension, local conditions. They’re not true everywhere in every dimension at every level of reality, but the 5 Laws are.

Everything is your projection. Everything is your creation

What Do You Do?

For a while now, I’ve found myself challenged by a question that seems so simple.

“What do you do?”

People are referring to my business, IndiGo – Life Force Energy Healing.

You would think the answer would come easily. Yet it has become one of the hardest questions for me to answer—not because I don’t know, but because my work has evolved as I have evolved.

What I do isn’t simply an energy modality. It’s the way I accompany people through transformation.

When I began, I was a Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner. That in itself is beautiful, powerful work, and I connected deeply with that medicine. But over the years, the medicine has evolved.

As I have continued to unfold, my path has expanded through my own healing, remembering, and the privilege of guiding clients through their own journeys. Every experience has deepened my understanding. My work continues to evolve because I continue to evolve.

So often we think - learn a skill and do that forever which is sometimes how it works. But this isn’t a destination. It isn’t “one and done.” It is a living practice.

So when someone recently introduced me as a Reiki Master, part of me cringed—not because Reiki isn’t valuable or important. It absolutely is.

But it describes only one tool in my toolkit. One language of this multidimensional work. One aspect of the medicine.

It’s a bit like defining a musician by scales and chords.

Scales and chords are the vocabulary.

The music is the art.

Reiki is a vocabulary—a beautiful, meaningful one—but it isn’t the entirety of my work with clients.

Most people don’t come to me because they want Reiki. They may think that’s why they’re coming, but beneath the surface they’re grieving, anxious, searching, standing at a threshold in life, longing to understand themselves, or simply sensing that something inside them wants to change.

Energy work is one of the ways I help them enter that experience.

Months later, what people usually remember isn’t: PattiAnn used Reiki.

They remember: I felt safe, I saw myself differently, something shifted or I remembered something I’d forgotten about myself.

That’s the song.

The modalities are the chords.

Over time, my work has become less like playing a single instrument and more like conducting an orchestra.

Sometimes meditation is what is needed.

Sometimes silence.

Sometimes energy work.

Sometimes sound and frequency.

Sometimes a single question that awakens a person’s own curiosity.

Sometimes someone simply needs to be deeply witnessed.

More often than not, it’s a combination.

I listen for what this particular person needs in this particular moment, and then I draw from everything I have learned to create the conditions where something within them can emerge.

I don’t rush people. Transformation unfolds in its own time.

Some people need more time than others. Every journey is different.

What I have noticed is that there is often a quiet moment when someone finally gives themselves permission to become curious instead of fearful—to turn toward themselves instead of away.

That moment cannot be forced. It can only be invited.

My work is to create the conditions where that invitation feels safe enough to accept.

When we listen to music, every person hears the same song differently. Each person connects through the lens of their own life.

Yet somehow, everyone is moved.

I believe healing is very much the same. Perhaps, through the experience, people recognize something within themselves they had forgotten was there.

I don’t want to tell people what they should experience. I want to create a space where they can discover their own knowing.

So if someone asks me what I do, perhaps this is the closest answer I can give:

I help people navigate life’s transitions through multidimensional energy medicine, meditation, soul-centered guidance, and deep presence.

I create a safe, grounded, coherent, and compassionate space where people can remember who they are beneath fear, grief, old patterns, and life’s transitions. As they gently release what no longer serves them, they begin to come home to themselves.

Perhaps that’s what I do.

But more than that…It’s who I’ve become.

Often we think we know who we are. We identify with our jobs, our roles, our personality or what others perceive us to be- until we finally re-member the truth. We are no-thing and every- thing all at once.

Someone recently asked me- How can you tell the difference between a lucid dream and reality?

The lines between our dreams and what we call "real life" are much thinner than we were taught.

A lucid dream can feel more real because our mind is fully awake while our body is at rest. When we are lucid, our brain activity is very similar to when we are awake. But in the lucid state, we’re not limited by the rules of physical reality. We can astral travel or talk directly to the dream itself.

Science has proven that our brains can’t tell the difference between a dream and a waking event. The same parts of our brain lights up…. to our inner self, the experience is real.

While we’re asleep, our body is at rest but our souls are actually doing important work on higher planes… our dream is a very real service mission for our soul.

Lucid dreaming is like waking up inside of a dream. At the same time our daily life is also a kind of dream, an illusion. When we become "lucid" in our waking life, we start to see that we can shape our reality here too, just like we do in a dream.

There’s a state - I sense it as the "zero point,” it’s that sense of being completely lit up... the moment everything merges and you feel less like one thing and more like everything and nothing at the same time- truly multidimensional . It’s the place where all realities meet.

So, how can you tell the difference between a lucid dream and reality?

Maybe the question isn’t is there a difference. Maybe it isn’t which is real. Maybe both are real. That’s how I experience it.

There is an old saying from contemplative traditions:

“To understand all is not to excuse all, but it is to cease being surprised that human beings suffer and make others suffer.”

Most people believe compassion requires information.

It doesn’t.

Compassion requires humility.

Humility says- I may not know enough to make this person one-dimensional.

That doesn’t mean you ignore harmful behavior. It means you refuse to reduce a human being to their worst action.

Easy - no, not necessary.

But compassion is different from excusing them.

It’s preserving their humanity even while acknowledging the harm.

Because I’ve been seeing multidimensional for some time now- I notice this allll the time. People jump to ci conclusions or judgement- even a final verdict. I get it .. I get it, I really do.

I don’t know their story and likely you don’t either. I don’t know what brought them to the current moment and I actually don’t need to know all the facts of their life in order to find compassion.

That doesn’t mean I’m condoning bad behavior. I’m not saying - What they did is okay.

But Compassion says- I recognize your humanity even when what you did was not okay.

Those can coexist.

I love when he says at 91 yrs old- What am I gonna do in my later years… I’m gonna keep doing this kind of stuff.

You don’t find peace. You become it.

And that’s when everything begins to shift.

The moment you stop searching for peace somewhere outside yourself and begin embodying it from within, your entire experience changes.

It’s like standing in front of a mirror and saying, “I’m not going to smile until I see my reflection smile first.”

You’ll be waiting forever.

The reflection can only respond to what you become.

Peace works the same way.

You become the frequency first—not because you’re trying to force the world to change, but because peace itself has become your way of being.

There can be no insistence.

No bargaining with life.

No silent agreement that says- I’ll be at peace once everything around me settles down.

Instead, you smile because peace is already alive within you—not because the world has given you permission.

That’s when everything begins to shift.

The deepest evidence of transformation isn’t that the outside world suddenly changes. It’s that your inner world does.

Your relationship to everything changes.

The same circumstances may still exist, but they no longer define your state of being.

You discover that peace was never hiding somewhere “out there.”

It was waiting to be embodied.

And when peace becomes who you are, you can walk through almost any circumstance without leaving yourself behind.
