All Good Things Must Come To An End!

And when I say good, man, do I mean GOOD! It’s been an awesome run Pam Brown! Dang near 28 years as a salon owner (partnership in the earlier days). The time has finally come for her to turn in her owner’s apron and step back a little bit, and just be the wonderful stylist that she is for the last handful of years she plans to work. This is a celebration for Pam!
With that being said… Halton Hair etc… will be closing its doors January 31, 2022. Our salon FAMILY is parting ways and that is the hard part! I stress family because that is truly what we have at Halton Hair etc… but I know that we will stay in touch and keep loving and supporting each other!
Pam Brown, Casey Clarke Reece, Paige Burgess and Lori Linder will be going to Artistic Cutters Salon & Spa at 35 Rocky Slope rd starting February 1st!
Sara Sikkelee-Bair, Patti Jenkins, Dana Rabon and Sarah Allyson Merritt will be going to Identity on Congaree at 443 Congaree rd starting February 1st!
English Riddle will be at Phenix Salon Suites at 2441 Laurens rd starting February 1st (English is already there).
Scott Parker will be at Briana Hair Care at 9a Roper Mountain rd ext starting January 18th.
Thank you to our clients for your continued support! We love you ALL!!!

Purchasing a home with a swimming pool means checking out more than the diving board, pump, and filter system. When buying a new home with a swimming pool you will want to make sure that as a potential buyer you have not only the structure but the pool checked out as well.

A home inspector is generally looking for issues with the home and buildings connected to it. This may include structural integrity, damage to the roof, water damage on the interior and exterior of the home as well as plumbing and electrical systems.

The pool, however, is not part of that inspector's checklist. They won’t look under the pool cover unless it calls for it. There may be local requirements based on where you live but for the most part, you will want to as home buyers have the pool checked out.
