Who would be interested in doing a book study centered on habit stacking? I’m thinking more than a book club, really diving in on Atomic Habits and in a Facebook group so it wouldn’t matter what time you participate…..no selling, except you’ll want to buy the book on your own. We would start in January. What do you think? Let me know if you’re interested.

I just subbed my first full day in a regular 5th grade classroom and I loved it! I also loved that at the end of the day I still had energy to burn (Mito2Max), my feet and back didn’t hurt (LLV and Deep Blue) and I didn’t lose my temper once (Balance).
