• Position: Full-Time Program Assistant
• Starting Pay: $14.50/hour+ (based on experience)
As a Program Assistant, you'll help enrich the lives of seniors and adults with special needs by assisting with daily activities, leading engaging therapeutic recreation programs, serving meals, and creating a safe, welcoming environment where our members can thrive.
What we're looking for:
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) or two years of relevant experience
• Healthcare or caregiving experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, dependable attitude and passion for helping others
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and assist members with daily activities
