Stay determined, and your gifts and talents will open doors. Read on to learn about how one of our own, Nate Krall's persistence paid off.

Nate earned his associate's degree in electrical technology in 2019. Last year, Nate was hired as a pharmacy technician working with the robots at Care-Fill LTC.

As the company expanded into a second, larger facility; Nate's education, training, and experience made him the perfect candidate to be in charge of the electrical maintenance at the new building.

His duties include cleaning and maintenance of the conveyor belt and Parata Systems Max 2+, PASS, and Perl machines. He troubleshoots issues with computers, printers, and other technology on site. Nate continuously checks to ensure everything in the building is working properly; so his colleagues are able to do their jobs efficiently with no issues.
