I recently completed the WhealthyU® Workplace Well-Being 360° Coach Training with Ellen Kocher, an experience that deepened my approach to designing practical, evidence-informed workplace wellness programs.
This training focused on workplace well-being strategy, stress resilience, sleep, movement, nutrition, behavior change, group facilitation, and program delivery in real organizational settings.
It’s been meaningful to expand my work in this direction, especially at a time when so many teams are navigating high demands, cognitive fatigue, and the need for more sustainable ways of working.
