A recent success story on our regenerative orthopedic procedures using Regenexx injectates*:

I am a rather healthy 69-year-old male. While taking decorations out of storage for Christmas, I descended a ladder and missed the last step while carrying a box. When I landed, my left leg collapsed and I incurred terrible pain. I could not move my leg and thought I may have broken my hip. After a trip to the emergency room and my doctor, it was revealed that I had partial tears in my gluteus medius and corresponding tensor fascia late. After a year and a half of rehab, I was still in enormous pain with reduced function. Upstate Regenerative Medicine suggested that the Platelet Rich Plasma protocol might be helpful. I had the
procedure done, and after three months of careful rehab, I am back to normal. The procedure was relatively painless and I believe very helpful in my recovery. - Anthony G.

A recent patient's experience with our non-surgical regenerative procedures using Regenexx injectates. The patient-reported outcome data (segmented by areas treated) is published on our site here: https://upstateregenmed.com/regenexx-outcomes/

My Experience with Upstate Regenerative Medicine & Regenexx

I’m relatively young and had suffered for years with severe chronic low back pain that significantly impacted my daily life. The team at Regenexx was exceptional from the start—they were incredibly kind, went out of their way to get me scheduled quickly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Throughout the process, I was treated with dignity and respect, and their level of professionalism and precision truly stood out.

After researching all available treatment options, I concluded that the Regenexx Super Concentrated Platelet (SCP) approach offered the lowest risk and the highest likelihood of long-term success. Based on what is typically expected with platelet-based therapies, I was prepared for several days of increased pain and inflammation following the procedure, followed by gradual, incremental improvement over an extended period of time.

Instead, I experienced rapid pain relief, followed by continued improvements in mobility and function over the days and weeks that followed. For the first time, I’ve been able to get down on my grandkids’ level and pick them up—something I was not able to do before because of my chronic pain.

The outcome has been transformational for me and far exceeded my expectations. Based on my experience, the Regenexx approach is unparalleled, and I would highly recommend it to others exploring regenerative treatment options.
