• Piece of Paper
• Pen
• Small Bowl

Instructions:

Light your candle.

Fold the paper toward you three times.

Here is a good way to clear and cleanse ur energy with a selenite wand. It doesnt have to be a big piece of selenite. I do this to myself anytime I do a reading or energy healing on anyone.
