As a doctor advising my patients on healthy habits for over 41 years: one of the top priorities to healthy weight and sleep is to
1. STOP EATING a minimum of 3 hours, ideally 5 hours, before bedtime.
2. As soon as you rise drink a 8 oz glass of purified water and go for a 30 to 45 minute moderately paced walk BEFORE EATING OR DRINKING ANYTHING.
3. Discipline your life with a 8 to 10 hour eating window and the remaining hours have absolutely NOTHING ELSE besides water.
You will notice great results with this simple technique.
