We come into contact with dozens of products every day—from the clothes we wear and the water bottles we drink from to the products we use on our skin and in our homes.

Many people choose to reduce unnecessary exposure to ingredients such as synthetic fragrances, certain plastic-related chemicals, and other additives because these products are used so frequently and can come into repeated contact with our bodies.

The goal isn’t perfection or fear—it’s making informed choices where you can.

Start with one swap. Once that becomes your new normal, make another. Over time, those small changes can add up to a healthier lifestyle.

Concussion symptoms can linger long after the initial injury. Acupuncture may be a helpful part of post-concussion care by supporting the nervous system, promoting relaxation, and helping address symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, sleep disturbances, and tension.

Acupuncture can support the body during concussion recovery by encouraging a calmer nervous system, improving circulation, and promoting the rest and relaxation the brain needs while it heals.

Golf is one of the most enjoyable ways to stay active—but it also places repetitive stress on your spine, shoulders, and hips.

Preparing your body before you play can improve mobility, reduce your risk of injury, and help you perform your best throughout the round.

A proper warm-up, good hydration, and consistent recovery go a long way. And if aches and pains have become part of your golf routine, it may be time to address the underlying cause instead of simply playing through it.

Your body is your most important piece of equipment—take care of it.

At Greenwich Wellness, we look at the whole body, not just where it hurts. 🌿

Even when pain is focused in one area, full-body chiropractic adjustments can help improve alignment, mobility, and overall function.

For athletes, regular adjustments can support better movement, recovery, flexibility, and performance while helping the body handle the demands of training and everyday life.

Your body works as a whole. Your care should too. 💪

Summer brings more sunshine, travel, and time outdoors—but it can also mean increased exposure to things like chemical sunscreens, bug sprays, plastics, chlorine, and synthetic fragrances.

The goal isn’t to avoid everything. That’s simply not realistic.

Instead, focus on what you can control. Small, intentional swaps—like choosing a mineral sunscreen, using a reusable water bottle, and supporting your body’s natural detox systems with good nutrition and hydration—can add up over time.

Progress, not perfection, is what helps build a healthier lifestyle.

Your strength isn’t just about your muscles. 💪 It’s also about your nervous system. 🧠

In this demonstration, Dr. Massoud tests Ava’s arm strength in different neck positions and finds a noticeable decrease in strength when her head and neck move into a restricted position.

After assessing and adjusting a significant C2–3 restriction, they retest—and her strength improves across the same positions.

Why? Your muscles are controlled by nerves coming from your brain and spinal cord. When spinal restrictions affect movement and nerve function, muscle performance may be impacted.

For athletes, training harder isn’t always the whole answer. Addressing mobility, spinal function, and nervous system performance may be an important part of supporting strength, coordination, and consistency.

Your body is always communicating—symptoms are part of that conversation.

Things like brain fog, skin issues, bloating, fatigue, and hormonal imbalances aren’t random. They can be signs that your body’s natural detox pathways aren’t functioning as efficiently as they could be.

Detox isn’t about extreme cleanses—it’s about supporting how your body already processes and eliminates what it doesn’t need.

When those systems are supported, you don’t just feel better—you function better.

Two therapies. One goal: helping your body heal. ✨

When acupuncture and cold laser therapy are used together, they complement each other to support faster recovery and longer-lasting relief.

Acupuncture helps stimulate the nervous system, improve circulation, release muscle tension, and encourage your body’s natural healing response.

Cold laser therapy delivers specific wavelengths of light that pe*****te the tissue to reduce inflammation, increase cellular energy (ATP production), and promote tissue repair.

Together, they can help:
• Reduce pain and inflammation
• Speed up healing of muscles, tendons, and ligaments
• Improve circulation
• Decrease muscle tension and spasms
• Support nerve healing
• Restore mobility and function naturally

Whether you’re recovering from an injury or dealing with chronic pain, this combination works to treat both the symptoms and the underlying cause.
