Ready to switch up your fitness routine? 😎 Join us for a full-body paddleboard workout on beautiful Greenwood Lake! This class combines core, balance, strength, cardio, and paddle sprints for a fun and challenging session on the water.

All fitness levels welcome – exercises can be modified to suit your needs.

Class includes paddleboard, paddle, PFD, leash & anchor.

🚨 Must know how to swim.
📅 $30 per person

Every Tuesday at 6:30pm 🌅 First one is May 26th. SAVE THE DATE.

A casual paddle on the lake at a pace you are comfortable with, followed by a cozy beach fire pit to relax, unwind and celebrate how amazing you did! 🏄‍♀️🌊

Bring your snacks and beverages for AFTER the paddle and get ready to make new friends and share some smiles! 😊🥂 This one is always a paddler favorite!

Looking for a fun way to get out on the water and meet new paddling friends? This 1.5–2 hour social SUP paddle is the perfect chance to enjoy the lake, connect with others, and soak up some fresh air!

🚨 This is not a class or lesson, you must already know how to paddle and be comfortable on a board or kayak.
🚨 You must be comfortable paddling 4-5 miles.
🚨 You must know how to swim. Safety first!

💲 Cost: $35 per person
Includes standup paddleboard or kayak, paddle, PFD (life jacket), and leash

SAVE THE DATE! 😎Come celebrate the longest day of the year! 🌞 WEAR YOUR BEST FLOWER CROWN! 🌸👑

Friday, June 19th, 6-8pm. We'll kick off with a chill paddle 🛶 on the lake (about 1.5–2 hours), then hang by the beach 🏖️ with a cozy fire pit 🔥. Bring your favorite snacks and drinks 🍕🍹 — perfect for making new paddling friends! 🤙🌺

You must know how to paddle! 🏄‍♀️ THIS IS NOT A CLASS OR LESSON.

Group paddle includes board or kayak 🚣‍♂️, paddle, personal flotation device (PFD) 🦺, and leash.
MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM! 🏊‍♂️
