I’ve noticed that many neurodivergent individuals have a super power that they remember people they’ve met at a very young age. It has been over 23 years that I last saw Jack and he was thinking about me and sent me a letter and beautiful handmade gifts —all the way from Arizona. He is now 27.

There is no way ( currently) of not getting Alzheimer’s Disease if you are meant to get it. But there IS a way to postpone it as much as possible by taking care of your brain health. .com

As Seniors continue to age, social isolation often occurs. This can lead to depression. As a Person living with Dementia, isolation can only hasten the challenges during this journey . Group singing can be a great antidote for lessening depression. Scientifically proven by my wonderful colleagues at Institute for Music and Neurological Functioning in Mt. Vernon, New York.
