Dr. Jennifer Trigg is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Colorado–Boulder. She has worked in both community clinics and private practice settings, where she has cared for patients with a wide range of health concerns.
Dr. Trigg’s clinical approach combines naturopathic training with functional medicine to uncover and address the root causes of imbalance. She focuses on gut and hormone health, while also working with complex, chronic conditions such as autoimmune and inflammatory disorders. Her goal is to help patients understand what’s driving their symptoms and to create individualized treatment plans that support healing from the inside out.
With a strong foundation in physiology, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine, Dr. Trigg empowers her patients to take an active role in their health journey. She values education, collaboration, and sustainable change—helping each person feel informed, supported, and confident in their care.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Trigg enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking nourishing meals, and exploring Colorado’s ski slopes with her family.
