Aaron Nikou's Mission Statement: To train, educate, and motivate people of all ages and abilities in the area of exercise as well as to promote wellness through the physical, spiritual, and emotional inspiration and teachings of Jesus Christ. As a former Division I athlete and Tennis Professional for the Indianapolis Tennis Center, Aaron combines his expertise as an athlete with his dedication as

a fitness professional to train people of all ages and abilities. Aaron is widely known and respected throughout Indiana. As a highly principled and caring person in all ares of his life, his personal call is to combine the disciplines of exercise with the spiritual disciplines and Biblical teachings of Jesus Christ. Currently, Aaron is going for his Resistance Training Specialist Mastery Certification (RTSM) in addition to his Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) specialist certification in order to equip him with the ability to restore muscle balance and health to anyone with chronic pain and weakness. Disciple Shape, otherwise known as DS, is a spiritual and physical link to maturity through the process of accountability, motivation, and goal setting. As the name implies, the primary purpose is becoming a better disciple for Jesus Christ, and as a result, grow to be a better steward of your body! The "renewing of your mind" will result in a permanent change in your body! Through biblical principles, DS works to teach people that their body is not theirs, it was "bought with a price" and that we are to "honor our God with our bodies"

About MAT:
MAT (Muscle Activation Techniques) "looks at muscle tightness as a form of protection in the body. Weak or inhibited muscles can create the need for other muscles to tighten up in order to help stabilize their joints. Mat gets to the root of pain or injury by addressing muscle weakness rather than muscle tightness.
