Last night I was on a zoom call with some friends and we were all discussing so many neat things that have happened by making sure we nourish ourselves.

You see I really dug deep and did a 14 day reset.
I super focused on making sure I ate enough (I choose style of eating)
I made sure I drank plenty of water
I purposed to love for 30 minutes a day I choose the style.
I did mindset work

All while preparing for a play and had many many high stress times.

And I can feel the inflammation leaving. And a less brain fog. And all over more energized.

I was a bit more relaxed yesterday. And my sleep showed a difference.

I am committing to do this reset for 14 days each month to. And also how many habits I can build and maintain by doing this.
