Peeing when you laugh, sneeze or cough isn’t normal and you don’t have to live with it. This is ABSOLUTELY FIXABLE. It doesn’t mean you’re weak or broke but perhaps your systems aren’t well coordinated. It’s time to leave the panty liners at home and go out with confidence. DM “sneeze” to get your body to start working WITH you, not AGAINST you! 🫶🏻
