The Goal:
Get these stickers out to every local MS and HS
The Graphic:
All in their school colors
The Challenge:
Same as always $$ - for a $86 for 100 stickers, not expensive but way beyone what we have on hand right now.

We intentionally run a lean operation, most of our funds come from small donations, a few organizations that donate, and Fright Noise. I will freely admit hitting people up for money is not my thing. We have yet to receive any grants, federal or state funding, I prefer community.

Consider donating to Silent Noise through pay pal to help us achieve our mission.

Never Stress. Read that again.

Over the past few days, we’ve talked about the mission behind Silent Noise, Fright Noise, and The Gray Matters Collective. All of it matters. But this might matter more than anything else we’ve said:

Never stress about doing this work.

Fright Noise is heading into year five. Some things worked. Some didn’t.
Silent Noise has been around four years. We’ve made an impact—maybe small to some, but real.
The idea of The Gray Matters Collective has been around for years. Now it’s taking shape.

Here’s the truth:

If a mental health effort starts creating stress or anxiety for the people leading it… we’re missing the point.

Your mental and physical health come first. Always.
No exceptions. No guilt. No “push through it anyway.”

We need you healthy. That’s how this works.

And one more thing…

Don’t measure success by numbers.

Don’t stress about how many people show up.
Don’t get caught up in attendance, likes, or reach.

Because the reality is simple:

We won’t reach everyone.

But if we reach one person…
If one person feels seen…
If one person gets help…

That’s not small. That’s everything.

The Griffith Gray Matters Chapter doesn’t need a crowd to matter.
If one life is impacted, it’s already worth it.

What is the Gray Matters Collective?

The Gray Matters Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to mental health awareness and su***de prevention. Their mission is to educate, build community, and make mental health conversations normal—everywhere.

They’re working toward a world without su***de, built on one belief:
every person matters.

But they don’t just talk about it—they build it.

They create chapters in high schools, colleges, and workplaces
They give people the tools to recognize struggles and speak up
They turn students, employees, and community members into mental health advocates

This isn’t a top-down organization. It’s grassroots. Local. Personal.

They meet people where they are—and give them the confidence to look out for each other.

Because they can’t do it alone.
It takes all of us.
