A Menopause Moment
Decent Coffee, (Corner of Kercheval/Alter)
Sunday 22 March
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm (please come for the start!)

Pull up a chair. Grab a coffee. share, learn, vent and laugh.

For the women wondering if it is happening to them, and for those who know it is...for the menopause-curious, the menopause-aware, and the menopause-experienced.
For you.

No expert. No lectures. No fixing.

Just coffee (or tea. I am British you know), pastries and a roomful of women who get it or want to know about it.
And who treat it with shared kindness and humour.

So, come talk about and listen to experiences and find out you are not the only one

It is a little bit different, and a lot of fun.
You'll meet some lovely women and be able to talk about things that are bothering you or that you may need help with, or things that have helped you and may help someone else.

Come for the start at 1.30pm
Time to get a drink and I'll explain how we are going to do this.
