Today marks 5 years as a Reiki Master. 💖💫

Learning to work with energy didn't just give me a healing tool. It gave me a new lens for everything. How I process stress. How I set boundaries. How I show up in my relationships. How I trust myself.

It changed the way I move through the world. The way I respond instead of react. The way I hold space for others and for myself. Energy work has a way of doing that. It quietly shifts the things words can't reach. Old patterns. Heavy emotions. The places inside us that have been bracing for years.

5 years in, I understand this more than ever:
When you change your energy, you change your life. 🌀

Not all at once. Not perfectly. But consistently and gently.

The life I have now, the peace, the purpose, the clarity, it didn't come from changing my circumstances. It came from changing my energy first. And that's the thing about energy work. The shifts happen from the inside out.
