Thank you for bringing to our attention our hours of operation on a previous post. We’ve tried locating where the difference was as we thought we had everything up to date. Good Afternoon everyone. This is Chad. I just wanted to take a moment and address a rumor that is going around. When I initially heard it, I shrugged it off. However, I have heard the same rumor from multiple places. I want to put an end to this rumor today. WE ARE NOT CLOSING. On the contrary, we are seeing between 50-80 people daily, our wait times are typically under 40 minutes from door to door even at that 80 person mark. We don’t take a lunch, but we do take our last patient 15 minutes before we close. We are open M-F 8-6 unless we have something else that needs to be attended too. We will continue to provide the same care we always have. If there ever is something we want to tell the community it will come from me first. We love Grand Lake, and plan on continued care for our current and new patients. So, if you will re-post and tell people for us when you hear such rumors. We are OPEN. Walk-ins always welcome. We just wanted to make everyone aware that needs to come see us today that around 12-2 it will be very difficult to get to us due to the Ridgerunner Homecoming Parade. Good Afternoon!

We just wanted to make everyone aware of some things going on here at UCOGL. Many of you over the last few months have received text messages from our billing company (Oklahoma Medical Billing) out of Tulsa. At times when these text come across they can look like spam. If they are from Oklahoma Medical Billing and have Urgent Care of Grand Lake on them, they are from us.

We are trying to get everyone transferred over to mail in invoices as we come across issues to make it easier, and believable that it is from us. Many times you’ll get these invoices for one of a few reasons:
* First, you may have not met your deductible for the year and your insurance has passed on the charge to you until you meet the deductible.
* Second, you may owe a percentage of the bill instead of a copay that your insurance requires you to pay.
* Third, they may have something incorrect in your insurance filing that needs to be fixed.

Also, there are times your insurance may require an Urgent Care copay that is different from your regular primary care visit. If you have questions regarding this please don’t hesitate and call our billing department at 918-492-6333 ext 224. This will help you get right where you need to be. Many times our front desk cannot access that information.

We want to again thank you for your business. We hope to make your experience while you are in our office, or have to deal with anything regarding our office easier. Thanks so much again.

Remember, School Physicals are going on! We charge $25 dollars per physical. Have a great summer. We will see you when you need us.
