Reiki is a simple yet powerful practice that supports self-healing, energetic awareness and personal growth.

This summer, I'm offering both Level 1 and Level 2 Usui Reiki Certification classes.

Level 1 introduces the history and principles of Reiki, self-healing techniques, energetic hygiene and your first Reiki attunement.

Level 2 expands your practice through Reiki symbols, distance healing techniques and your second Reiki attunement. Level 1 certification is required.

Just a few days ago, and 334 years in the past, Bridget Bishop was the first to die in the Salem Witch Trials.

As a child, I loved the fantasy that they really were witches keeping ancient knowledge and lineage alive. I still thought their deaths were terrible, but I also thought they were dying to protect their magic. Somehow, that made it a little better.

As an adult, I know their deaths were brutal and unnecessary. They were victims not willing martyrs.

As much as I love the witchiness of modern Salem, there is also a heavy and urgent energy that demands we remember and take steps to not repeat the past.

Eli Wiesel said it best "Only if we remember will we be worthy of redemption." This seems to apply too so much in our past and our present.

Today is the Venus-Jupiter Conjunction!

This auspicious alignment amplifies the Cancer energy we've already been feeling and opens our hearts to expansion, connection and possibility.

Like the Ace of Cups in tarot, this energy invites us to recognize the love, support, joy and abundance that already exist within and around us while remaining open to receiving even more.
