Today is the 9/9 Portal!

In numerology, 9 represents completion, wisdom and the ending of a cycle. Today’s portal invites us into reflection, release and putting wisdom into practice. This is especially good timing as tomorrow’s New Moon begins the next lunar cycle.

Completion doesn't mean that something didn't matter. It doesn't erase what happened or what it taught you. It helps you move forward into whatever is coming next.

As we move through the 9/9 Portal and toward the Virgo New Moon, consider:
What feels complete?
What wisdom are you carrying forward?
What are you ready to leave behind?
What becomes possible when you stop carrying it?

I just updated my Phases of Healing calendar through December!

Planning ahead is always a bit of a contradiction for me.

Phases of Healing exists alongside my full-time day job, my own spiritual practices and healing journey, the relationships and responsibilities that are important to me and all of the regular messiness of being human.

I need enough planning and structure to make space for the things that matter to me. But I also need room for the spontaneous day trip. The unexpected opportunity. The afternoon when I need to do absolutely nothing. The spiritual or creative practice that happens because I feel called to it, not because it's another thing on my to-do list.

That’s part of why I describe myself as love and light, rainbows and rage, crystals and calm, magic and meltdowns.

I am learning to embrace the multifaceted parts of myself and be okay in the messy middle of trying to create a balanced life. Some days I am content with my imperfections. Some days it feels like an impossible challenge.

So the calendar for the rest of 2026 is my attempt to honor all the parts of me by creating enough structure to plan ahead while staying responsive to your requests, my own intuitive guidance and whatever comes next. There are things on the calendar that I am super excited about as well as open spaces for a little spontaneous magic if the right opportunities find me.

REMINDERS: Everything takes place at Trinity Yoga Dansville unless stated otherwise. Group sessions and classes need a minimum of 4 registered participants. Registration closes a week before so that cancelations can be posted if the minimum is not met.

September is here!

The month starts with Hornell's Maple City Festival. This event took place in October last year, but I’m excited to see what an early September date brings to the experience.

The highlight of September is our Autumn Equinox Event Trinity Yoga Dansville on September 18th. I’ll be sharing insight into the astrology of the Equinox and guiding the creation of a collaborative crystal grid. The evening will also include meditation, yoga and a sound bath to help us explore balance and welcome the new season. Cost is $45 and you can register at https://www.trinityyogadansville.com/.

I also have healing availability on September 20th from 12:30–3:00 PM. Choose from Reiki, IET, UFH or an intuitive session that draws from multiple modalities. Sessions are $80 and you can register at https://calendly.com/phasesofhealing/full-healing-session-80-clone

My posted healing availability is intentionally limited, but I am often able to accommodate requests for other dates/times. Reach out so that we can see what might be possible to meet your healing needs.

Our monthly Deeply Restorative Yoga with Energy Healing collaboration is already sold out for September, October and December. There are a couple spots available for November. Registration is on the Trinity Yoga website. We are also available for private sessions for you and three friends. Reach out if you are interested!

Shift seasons with us at Trinity Yoga Dansville

Happy September!

Sometimes I just love the way Tarot and Oracle compliment each other in a reading.

By itself, the Tarot cards suggest a weekend of potentially difficult truths, possible over thinking and a need for boundaries and structures. The Oracle cards soften the reading by reminding us to move lightly and find room for joy, care and pleasure.
