Sunrise @ 7:19 AM over Lake Minneola. Noticing the mind brings freedom from it. The mind seeks its own. It has an agenda. It obscures essence with form. It waits "for" rather than waiting "with". It looks "at" rather than looking "into". It wants to control parameters rather than allow, listen, and learn. It is possible to be in the world of mind and form but not of it.

Using the mind to quiet the mind is futile. The mind does not seek to silence itself, whereas simple observation of the mind brings silence of mind. The stillness is beautiful.
