🎉💙 Over the weekend, we marked an exciting new chapter for our facility!

Oak Grove Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is now part of the Wellsential Health non-profit network! As we begin this new journey, our commitment remains the same: providing compassionate, skilled nursing care for patients, residents, and their families.

We'd like to thank our team members and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this transition a smooth one. Your dedication, teamwork, and focus on those we serve made all the difference. ✨

🐦🦜 What an incredible morning under the beautiful oak trees at Oak Grove featuring the Lodges! 🦜🐦

Our residents had a wonderful time visiting with Sonny the Birdman Carlin and his amazing feathered friends! From colorful macaws to fascinating stories about exotic birds, there were smiles, laughter, and plenty of “oohs” and “ahhs” all around.

Experiences like these bring so much joy to our residents, creating special memories while connecting them with nature and the community. We are so thankful to Sonny for sharing his passion and bringing such an interactive, educational, and entertaining show to Oak Grove.

A huge thank you to all of our families and guests who joined us this morning. We love creating moments that make life brighter for those we serve! ❤️
