After playing rugby in the mainland U.S., Dr. Ryan experienced what timely, athlete-centered physical therapy could look like—care that helped people recover, perform, and get back to doing what they loved.

He saw an opportunity to bring that same level of access to Guam.

After every storm comes the quiet work of rebuilding—together.

Everyone's Typhoon Bavi experience was different. For some, recovery will take days. For others, it will take much longer.

As our team continues restoring our gyms and clinics, we took a moment to ask one simple question:

"How would you describe your typhoon experience in one word?"

The answers are honest, funny, and a reminder that even in difficult seasons, community has a way of carrying us forward.

To everyone across Guam—and especially our neighbors in Rota—we're thinking of you as recovery continues.

We owe this community more than we could ever repay.

When COVID hit, we didn't know how we were going to make it through. Like so many small businesses, we were just trying to find a way forward.

We loaned out equipment. We sold ab mats, jump ropes, and whatever we could out of the trunks of our cars to generate some kind of income.

Then something incredible happened.

The same people we tried to help came back and helped us.

You showed up when we needed you most.

Because of you, we were able to keep our doors open, continue serving this community, and provide for our families.

We'll never forget that.
